Mr. Wolfe's practice focuses primarily in the matters of commercial and real estate litigation. His experience includes telecommunication litigation, technology litigation, securities litigation, title disputes, residential failure to disclose lawsuits, as well as personal injury and medical malpractice claims. In 1998-99, Mr. Wolfe worked as a member of the team representing the State of Florida in its successful bid to seek billions of dollars in compensation from the tobacco industry for expenses incurred while treating Florida citizens for smoking-related illnesses.
