Mr. Bolves is an experienced and well-regarded trial lawyer. During his career, he has acted as lead counsel on dozens of complex jury and non-jury trials, including a wide range of property rights and commercial issues. He has represented a number of condemning authorities throughout his career, but his focus has been on the representation of private property owners confronted with the taking of their property by condemning authorities. He is recognized as one of the leading eminent domain attorneys in the State of Florida and enjoys a statewide practice.
