EXPERIENCE:

Elizabeth A. Petterson joined the firm as an associate in 2006. Ms. Petterson distinguished herself at Stetson University College of law as the recipient of the Victor O. Wehle Trial Advocacy Award, and also received the highest grade in her Trial Advocacy class. While at Stetson, Ms. Petterson served as the research assistant to Professor Durako, who was the then head director of the Research and Writing Department at Stetson.
As a prosecutor in the Prosecution Clinic for Pinellas County, Ms. Petterson successfully argued numerous motions to dismiss, and performed and prepared for numerous jury trials. Additionally, she served as an intern for Judge Magistrate Mark A. Pizzo of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Ms. Petterson's practice will be focused in the area of property, commercial and business litigation.
