Born in Tampa, Florida, on July 15, 1961, Mr. Porter’s practice involves a wide variety of cases involving both business and individual clients, often involving complex issues in Florida state and federal courts. For more than 20 years, Mr. Porter has practiced exclusively in the field of litigation. His practice currently focuses primarily in the area of construction and real estate, fraud, and unfair trade practice cases. Mr. Porter is a third generation Tampa native, and is married to Mary Ann, with three children, Gale III, Griffin, and Camryn.
