Mr. Bartlett practiced in the areas of water law and related environmental litigation in Colorado for eight years. Upon returning to Florida, he has continued his emphasis in the areas of water law, environmental law, property rights, eminent domain and general real estate matters. Mr. Bartlett has represented land owners, developers, and governmental entities in the development and protection of water supply and delivery systems, environmental permitting and defense of various agency enforcement matters against local, state, and federal agencies. He has also represented owners of wastewater treatment plants in permitting and enforcement actions. Mr. Bartlett's background in environmental litigation is a benefit in his eminent domain practice, where environmental issues are frequently encountered and expensive to resolve.
