Since the year 2000, Mr. Hinds has devoted his practice exclusively to eminent domain and condemnation, and has handled hundreds of eminent domain and condemnation matters for condemning authorities, private property owners, and business owners. His experience includes pre-condemnation planning, negotiation, mediation, settlement, trial and appeal.
Prior to focusing his practice exclusively on eminent domain and condemnation matters, Mr. Hinds represented clients in all areas of commercial litigation and small business law.
ORGANIZATIONS/ACTIVITIES:
In addition to having been a member of the Florida Bar since 1994, Mr. Hinds is actively involved in his community. He has been a member of both the Hillsborough County and Clearwater Bar Associations, and has volunteered many hours during Florida’s annual Law Week activities, during which he has visited local schools to teach students about the legal system, and served as a mock trial and debate judge. Additionally, Mr. Hinds contributes many hours through his Synagogue, Congregation Kol Ami, where he currently serves as a Vice President.
