For 11 years, Ms. Mathiason has concentrated her practice in the area of Commercial Real Estate. She handles all aspects of commercial real estate loans as counsel for the lender, including the preparation and negotiation of loan documents, review of due diligence and loan closings. In addition, she has experience in the drafting and negotiation of real estate purchase contracts and the review and issuance of title insurance. She also practices in the area of condominium development, advising clients regarding compliance with the Condominium Act and preparing the condominium filing documents.
Ms. Mathiason has written several articles and spoken at various seminars on the subject of real estate purchase contracts, title insurance, and real estate closings. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Mathiason was a Product Specialist with Putnam Mutual Funds, Inc. in Boston, MA.
