Mr. Schlosser is Board Certified as a specialist in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization, having acquired that certification in 1991. He is an authorized agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, and Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation.

Mr. Schlosser handles matters involving complex commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, real estate construction, real estate leasing, mortgage and other secured lending, mortgage foreclosures and loan workouts, real estate closings and issuance of title insurance, ad valorem property tax appeals, subdivision documentation, homeowners' association creation, operation and disputes, real property management matters, brokerage disputes, and corporate and partnership formation and operation of real estate and other businesses.
