Property rights. Every American citizen values these rights and regards their protection as a basic premise upon which our constitutional democracy is founded. Protection of these rights is also the basic premise upon which Bricklemyer Smolker & Bolves, P.A. was founded. We are not a full service law firm in the traditional sense, but we are a full service law firm with respect to your property rights.
